1. Customer may explore and choose products by clicking "Product" page.
2. After chosen favourite products, please click "Buy".
3. Confirm your ordered products in the Shopping Cart and insert the product quantity. Fill in the accurate delivery details (if necessary) and then choose Payment Method.
4. Confirm Order
5. Receive "Order Confirmation Notice", order process completed.
6. An order number will be sent to you via email automatically when we got your order. Order confirmation email contains the order number, order details, products, total order price and any messages / remarks that you input.
7. We will calculate the delivery charges upon receipt your order. A separate email regarding delivery charges will be sent to you.
8. If you choose online payment, please visit our eshop (ksmodel.com.hk). Choose "$Online Payment" on the right-hand-side. Fill in relevant information and press "online payment" button underneath. This will direct you to PAYPAL payment gateway. Fill in PAYPAL account information or Credit Card information and submit.
9. Delivery/Shipment will be arranged upon full payment of the order, delivery charges and any other charges (depends on different payment methods).
Payment Method
1. Bank Deposit or Telegraphic Transfer
Please fax the payment slip with your Invoice / Order number and Member Login name and contact phone number to us at (852) 2773 6885 or info@ksmodel.com.hk after you deposit the money. The BANK COMMISSION for both countries should be paid by customer for Telegraphic Transfer payment.
2. PAYPAL / Credit Card Online Payment
We accept payment through PAYPAL account or Visa or Master Cards through PAYPAL. You can choose online payment and pay by credit card. A handling fee is required.
