Shopping & Payment Method

Shopping procedure

1.      Customer may explore and choose products by entering “Brands” or “Categories” page.

2.      After chosen favourite products, please click "Add to Cart".

3.      In the Shopping Cart, please insert the desired product quantity. Please click “Checkout”.

4.      Please choose Shipping Method.  If required, please change shipping address here.  

5.      Please fill in additional information that you wish to tell us in “Add Comments About Your Order” box.  For Example, “Please quote Registered Airparcel or EMS shipping fees manually.”Or any information that you would like to tell us.

6.      Please choose Payment Method, confirm the Purchase Terms and Conditions and Continue.

7.      Please check your order details and “Confirm Order“.

8.      If you choose PAYPAL payment, you will be directed to PAYPAL payment gateway. Please fill in PAYPAL account information or Credit Card information and submit payment.
*(Kindly note: a handling will be required via PAYPAL payment)*

9.      If you choose “Bank Transfer” and “Confirm Order”, order process is now completed.

10.  An order number will be sent to you via email automatically when we got your order. Order confirmation email contains the order number, order details, products, total order price and any messages / remarks that you input.

11.  Delivery/Shipment will be arranged upon full payment of the order, delivery charges and any other charges (depends on different payment methods).

PAYMENT METHOD

1. Bank Deposit or Telegraphic Transfer

Please send the payment slip with your Invoice / Order number, Member Login name and contact phone number to us at info@ksmodel.com.hk after you deposit the money. The BANK COMMISSION and any INTERMEDIARY CHARGES for both countries have to be paid by customer for Telegraphic Transfer payment.

2. PAYPAL / Credit Card Online Payment
We accept payment through PAYPAL account or Visa or Master Cards through PAYPAL. 4.5% Handling is required.
